• Opened in April, 2013 - great variety and affordable: mango custard; coconut milk with mango & tapioca!; fresh mochi with green tea, mango, red bean...; hot tapioca soup dessert!

• Wish they served food like the locations in SGV, but still a great place for mango sago (mini tapioca pearls in amazing coconut milk with mango) and fried mini fish with peanuts!

• Custards /pudding: black sesame and green tea are good. Mango and taro were so so.
