Tips

  • Eating the curry mussels is like having angels crying on your tongue.
  • Try B.Cafe Omelette (carbonnade flamande, gryuere and eggs) as a hearty Belgian alternative to typical brunch omelettes. Served with a small green salad and fries for $15.
  • Traditional belgian cafe. Heavy, delicious brunch and wonderful beer selection.
  • They have one of my favorite beers here - Wittekerke.
  • The egg sandwich with avocado and side of fries is very good. I love the outdoor seating in the back garden
  • Great brunch food and sitting outside in the back garden is awesome!
  • Excellent selection of Belgium beer. The burger, although cooked properly, was a bit too dense but fortunately the mussels in red curry sauce made up for it completely. Service was very courteous!
  • Just a warning there is no whole wheat toast. Or skim milk. But the statue is cute
  • One of only two restaurants in the city that serve Scaldis. 12% alcohol and absolutely delicious.
  • If you like spicy Bloody Mary's... best one in the city hands down
  • Absolutely the best brunch in the city. The eggs Norwegian is top notch.
  • Waffles galore - as main dish and as desserts, YUM!!!! plenty of Belgian beers too and the fries are THE BEST.... also, wait staff is all so attentive and helpful
  • Definitely try the waffles. The speculoos spread is pure deliciousness and the waffles so light and fluffy. Also love their Belgian frites.
  • Try the waffles!
  • HH drink & food specials Mon-Fri's 5-7 + Sat-Sun's 4-7pm: $1 BP oysters, $9 for 2 lobsters or burger sliders on a plate.
  • OMG we loved our meal. Brunch had amazing sweet options including waffles, pancakes, and French toast along with burger and egg entrees. A must repeat.
  • The pear tarte tatin and crme brle are delicious!
  • The omelette with the beef stew is a must!
  • Eggs benedict classique were fantastic!
  • Extensive menu of Belgian beers and ales, both on tap and by the bottle.
