Tips
- Get the chicken Momo. I have always gone for beef Momo because that is what we always make at home.I tried one from my friends plate and since then I have been a chicken Momo devotee.
- Great for beef Thukpa and Beef and Chive dumplings they are delicious and I am a repeat customer but this place needs cleaning and the staff does not care,.
- Beef and chive dumpling should be called chive and beef.
- An old haunt of Anthony Bourdain's, this small family run restaurant is hidden at the back of a mobile phone shop!
- Small space, but the food can take 30min+ so dont fret if you dont see a spot. Very intense, lasting flavor; may be better for lunch than dinner. Chive & beef momo. Glass noodle spicy soup w/ beef.
- The seating place barely holds 12 people and you have to wait in a narrow hallway. Expect to wait for a seat especially on the weekends. The beef momos (dumplings) are good.
- The spicy noodles are definitely spicy and definitely good
- Walk pass the cellphone store and go to the right side when you see stairs.
- Beef and chive momo
- Located in a back room behind the You and Me cell-phone shop. The satchel-shaped momos (get beef and chive) doused in Tibetan chile sauce called sepen.
- CASH ONLY. Limited seating be prepared to wait
- (Thrillist list, Anthony Bourdain Parts unknown) The thing to order here is momo, Tibetan steamed dumplings filled with beef.
- try thenthuk (hand-torn noodle soup), shapta (chili-fried beef), and sha momo (steamed dumplings filled with beef).
- Had beef and beef & chive momos, butter tea and dry jelly. Liked beef and chive the best
- Can't recommend the jelly noodles enough.
- Real authentic Tibetan hole-in-the-wall. Get the momo
- Momo - Grubstreet's #49 NYC dumpling

- Dumpling spot hidden in the back of a cell phone store.
