Tips

  • Tomato bisque is great. Jerk chicken baguette makes a nice pairing.
  • The grill specials are worth the wait.
  • Excellent food, and the staff are always friendly.
  • Excellent "reverse" salad bar: fixed price, you choose, they dole it out. Pick from 3 lettuces, 4 proteins (+$2), 15 toppings (you get 6, $.75 for addit'l), and 8 dressings.
  • This place is interesting in its promotion of local products. The Cafe Burger was the driest burger I've had in some time. I would've used mayo, but the dried out fries needed it. Green beans were ok.
  • great unique choice for downtown cle. something for everyone. good, local foods.
  • Don't get any protein on your salad! They charge way too much!! $11 for a small salad with a small amount of tuna and a drink! Rip off!
  • Love the soups and chili! A bit pricey but good food!
  • Walked in at 825 and got asked to leave as they were closing, even though it stays open til 9, make sure you arrive early.
  • Loaded baked potato is fantastic!
  • The pepperoni bread always makes my day.
  • The salad bar is the best in downtown Cleveland!
  • Mike r. The mayor is a foursquare cheater
  • Stay away from the pasta. Especially the Mac and cheese. It's runny and tasteless. Also, it mixes with the wax paper in the to-go boxes. So paper bites are mixed in with the pasta.
  • Mediterranean platter is great
  • Pay attention when you walk inside so you don't walk into the glass!
  • The turkey burger is the bomb.com.
  • Veggie quesadillia is great
