Tips

  • Fitness for five extra minutes each time you spot someone you've made out with!
  • Try the new TRX bands. Trainers have a guide if you've never used them.
  • Try the free weights they're better than those expensive ones.
  • forget getting a treadmill between 5-7pm
  • Work out in the AM to skip the crowds.
  • The Cardio Cinema is awesome!! If you have a tough time sticking with your cardio this is for you. Burn that fat and those extra calories while watching a movie. Time flies by!! :-)
  • Best time to go...early afternoon or around 830/9pm!
  • Don't touch me.
  • Step mill. Do an hour at level 13-15. Remember to stay light on your fingers meaning, don't lean on it and try to NOT hold on too tightly. It's a waste of time unless you do it right.
  • Great kids club and cardio cinema! Friday nights are a great time to go!
  • Working out in the am is less crowded and easier to use machines
  • Step class is the best and most fun workout!
  • Don't spot while wearing short shorts.
