Tips

  • Great garden area out the back. Probably the best burger this side of Farringdon station - add the bacon and cheese ;)
  • Considering how quiet it was on a Monday lunchtime, it really should not have taken 45 mins to deliver our food, even if there were 10 of us.
  • The garden is a hidden gem but there's also free wifi. Good when waiting for a Farringdon train.
  • Tasty, well-presented bar snacks.
  • Great fish finger sandwich!
  • Great little pub a little pricey, but had a fantastic hidden beer garden with a fire pit which is amazing.
  • Shouting. Lager, lager, lager; mega mega white thing; going back to Romford; and now you're on your way to a new tension headache.
  • Food was surprisingly good. Recommend the scotch egg, quinoa salad, brisket, and pumpkin gnocchi. Very loud FYI!
  • Everyone else is right. The beer garden makes it. There is an open fire, nice booths, heaters and stunning views. Everything else, however... 5.90 for a pint of Sierra Nevada!?
  • Their tapas menu never disappoints
  • Try the Sierra Nevada ale. It's great. If you're into cider try Cornish.
  • Very nice bar in a great location. The beer garden is particularly good. That's probably why two beers cost nearly 11.
  • Amazing central location in Farringdon and still able to be served quickly on a Friday - a City miracle!
  • Harden is great and food is pretty good too. Lunch menu has a good selection
  • The BBQ pulled chicken wrap, while delicious, is tiny!
  • Garden good in October - they have heaters
  • Enjoyed the pumpkin hummus appetizer. Good place. A bit noisy. Loud music too,
  • Get lunch early or there won't be any burgers or sausages left
  • best spot bar far in the summer, book to avoid disappointment. also nice in the winter! nice new refurb, nice new team, NICE!
  • Enjoy a sunny afternoon in the garden. A posh pub with decent food but poor service, definitely at its best in the summer.
