Tips

  • Make sure to glare at the women who leave landmines of winter coats and large bags near them as they "workout" and talk on their phone.
  • Post workout: shower off but leave (lots of) kiehls conditioner in your hair then sit in steam room for 15 min. Shower again and rinse. Ur welcome.
  • I always do squats in front of the giant mirror so they can see my perfect ass
  • The only thing I dont like is when they address you by name when you check in. Its not genuine. I dont care to be friends. And I want my privacy.
  • 2 favorite lil perks: cool Eucalyptus towels after a workout and little plastic bags in the locker room to wrap up stinky gym clothes. Showers at this location a bit smaller, FYI.
  • try out the new virtual spin class on the machine added to the 2nd floor cardio equipment. its just like a real spin class with video and everything but you can "take" the class at your own leisure.

  • Be sure to allow yourself time to warm-up before a workout and also time to cool down after the workout! This will help prevent injuries and more!
  • Get the best workout on the top floor. Always best on top
  • Friday nights here have the best looking people.
  • We live in the future! The digital scales in the locker rooms upload your weight and BMI directly to equinox.com so you can track your progress. You sign into the system using your fingerprint.
  • kiehls products in the bathroom!!
  • The third floor is a much more pleasant place to run on the treadmill than the second floor/mezzanine area.

  • Ilaria's Powerstrike on a Monday night at 8pm rocks! Darbi's classes are worth getting up for on a Sunday am
  • Great place for getting a healthy lunch.
  • Runners: snag a treadmill on the second floor if you can. Great view of the entire club!
  • Friday evenings are nice and quiet
  • Do your kegel exercises before going
  • Top floor is the coolest and least crowded
