  • Take Caroline Jordan's spin class for an experience like no other! Her passion and motivation make you workout harder than you ever thought possible!
  • Cold eucalyptus towels. Need I say more?
  • No cell phone service in the locker room. After all, the locker room is the former underground gold vault with 3 foot thick steel and concrete walls!
  • Serious sausage fest ;)
  • You have to visit this location just to see and walk through the vault door which is the entrance to the men's locker room!
  • If you try swimming pool late in the evening it is very likely that there will be you, the pool and no one else
  • Heated yoga room to help you stretch out those hard to reach areas. Also, any class (yoga, spin, endurance, etc) by Caroline Jordan is a huge energy booster. Seriously, she has way too much energy!
  • Buddys spun and yoga classes are epic! A must try
  • Buddy's spin classes....ah, yeah!
  • Only one squat rack. If you see someone using it for something inane, like bicep curls, tell them they'd be better of doing it on a bosu ball. They'll probably believe you, and you'll be able to squat
  • @ChristianNoni CLUB CYCLING class M/W is amazing. Take it and work up a great sweat!
  • Try the Shockwave class. It'll destroy you!
  • Parking validation weekends only at nearby St. Mary's.
  • Reed Taylor. That. Is. All.
  • New layout sucks for free weights.
