Tips

  • Angel City Brewing's French Sip beer contains a bevy of uncommon brewing ingredients including rosemary, peppercorns & umami-rich seaweed to capture the savory essence of the French dip sandwich.
  • For residents of Downtown who dread the drive to Golden Road, the opening of Angel City Brewing's taproom is a real god-send! Tours of the brewery are available and they sponsor many local LA events!
  • Located in the downtown area, Angel City offers a unique space to sit back and relax with some fine local brews. Be sure to try the flight!
  • We love the art by local artists and, if you come on the weekend, there may even be some of them painting in the parking lot.
  • Tasting flight, corn hole, board games, and dart. Currently dart is not working out so well, all the darts are broken. Every chill spot
  • Alchemy & Science, a company launched by Boston Beer Co. and Alan Newman, founder of Magic Hat Brewing Co. is taking over Angel City Brewings facility in downtown L.A. (01/05/2012)
  • Cornhole and CAH! Also Colette Miller's Wings!
  • Huge space and ten to eleven different house beers to choose from. They have board games you can play and art to look at. Food trucks are all ways their but you can bring your own food.
  • Now open weekends 1-8 p.m.! (h/t @KCET)
  • Super friendly staff, make sure you know that the 2013 version is not the same people as the 2011 version, this is a serious crew of beer makers. Ask for Dieters recommendation.
  • Reopened! Vanilla porter is a must.
  • Lively atmosphere with a bit of everything going on...cornhole, board games, and great beer.
  • Has at least eight different rotating styles of beer on tap, including Angel City All Night IPA, Angeleno IPA, Eureka! Wit and Gold Line Pilsner, all available to take home in kegs or growlers.
  • New and exciting draught list. Food truck outside, 2!
  • $5 pints & local art ftw!
  • Coolest bathroom ever.
  • The expansive space is dog friendly, and features corn-hole, Jenga and even trivia night. If youre curious, be sure to order a beer flight.
  • Stop by for a flight of delicious beers and some games while you drink!
  • $8 pick your own 5 beer samples to make a beer tasting flight. Ask for syrup (lime, pomegranate, mango) in the Berliner weisse (wheat beer).
  • Such a fun space - large warehouse with board games, corn hill, and a rotating selection of local art. Lots of beer with the option to do flights and food trucks outside.
