  • Prominent Seattle chef Ethan Stowell's seafood outlet. A great place for lovers of all things fresh: seafood, vegetables, and pasta. Don't skip the crudo section (think Italian sashimi).
  • Get the Red Pepper Risotto w/ mussels over the Bigoli. Tuna Crudo is awesome .. End the meal w/ Pistachio Liqueur
  • Try the soft boiled eggs with anchovies. It's delicious!
  • Maybe an off night? Very expensive and not very good.

  • A must for fresh oysters. The octopus salad with sherry vinaigrette is also a specialty.

  • The real draw here is the Esca-esque raw plates. Five slices of tender scallop support diced piquillo and serrano peppers and morsels of ruby grapefruita perfect composition.
  • Do not leave without trying the brussel sprouts! They are absolutely amazing and likely the best you've had.
  • The charred broccoli was great the gnocchi was also pretty good
  • Oyster HH: $1.50 - 5-6p daily then 10pm-close
  • I loved their bigoli pasta with anchovies, mint, and chili. A little spice with buckwheat noodles - yummy! The oysters were pretty fresh too!
  • Power Hour at 10 is the best, $1.50 oysters, $11 pastas

  • Fairly average Italian-inspired food. Expect plenty of olive oil and subtle, almost minimal flavors. Excellent appetizers, skip the mains.
