Foursquare Tips

  • Surprisingly good selection of local seasonal brews. Order up a $6 glass of something 10%+ abv and feel just a bit smug about finding this place.
  • SOLID beer selection. Skip the apps and go straight for the entrees. Lamb burger + Czechvar Lager FTW.
  • The soft-shell pretzel goes perfectly with their great beer selection. It's filled with white cheddar and served with chorizo and sauted mushrooms.
  • Wasn't quite sure about the cheeseburger served in an English muffin, but, that shit was delicious!
  • Cool place at a nice area. Great burger. Perfect for a beer after a long walk in the central park.
  • Really wonderful bartenders!
  • Nice beer selection. Food is the normal pub grub. Burger was okay, but the onion rings were drenched in oil - sat in my gut like a brick all night. Outside seating is good, but fills up quickly.
  • Lamb burger and onion rings are amazing!
  • I got drunk
  • "Someone tell these bros to shower, right? Hahaha!"--These bros. (Ipso facto, come for the ill beats, stay for the dope-ass beers. Bring deodorant?)
  • Awesome atmosphere and crowd!!
  • Tuna steak burger. Rare. Do it.
  • Try the local seasonal brews
  • Spicy chicken is bangin
  • In the words of my dining companion, "Lamb burger plus spinach plus Belhaven Scottish Ale equals effing glorious."
  • Great neighborhood bar. Burgers are great and there's always a new beer on tap. Service can be slow so be prepared to linger
  • Crappy service. 11pm and they are still saving the tables for "dinner"... See ya
  • Great choice of local beers and very nice staff. Best place on Amsterdam ave. Try it!
  • Arrogant Bastard on tap and a really delicious burger.
  • Don't sit in the back, the service will suck. Last time coming back here.
