The evening will feature cooking by Nick Suarez, the owner and chef of the Backyard Cooking Company, and Theo Peck, the owner of Peck’s.
Your $40 ticket price gets you as much of the “chicken, chorizo, piquillo peppers, saffron, mussels and cockles paella with aioli sauce” as you can eat, not to mention lots of side dishes, crusty bread to mop up your paella broth, and cans of Brooklyn Brewery beer to with which to wash it all down.
