Tips

  • From the good people who brought you Alexander's Steakhouse, the other Alexander's Steakhouse, and The Sea by Alexander's Steakhouse.
  • The macaroons were amazing, very flavorful. I recommend the jasmine and lemon. Vanilla tart was also excellent!
  • Show up early and pick up a fresh croissant or kouign-amann and a latte
  • Lovely dessert selection: macaroons, tarts, pain au chocolat. Yum, yum, yum. Coffee portions if you dine in are huge. Love the elegant design too.
  • How does this place have a lower rating than La Panotiq? This is the real deal, and La Panotiq is a cheap imitation that can't even bake a decent loaf of bread. Highly recommend for everything.
  • Although a bit pricy and pretentious, everything here is absolutely phenomenal. Hands down, Alexander's makes the best ham and cheese croissant I have ever had. Every bite elicits an exclamation.
  • I love Alexander's for its fancy furniture and delicious treats - the lemon tart is my favorite and an excellent selection of teas.
  • Wide variety of tarts, all were delicious. My favorite one was the orange choco ganache dome with the crispy choco covered dots around the side
  • Service is slow. Macarons have an inconsistent consistency. Some chewy, some crunchy.
  • Chocolate tart and espresso macchiato.
  • Very good macarons and canals. Go early if you want a kouign amann!
  • Very unorganized. Service was not good. Staff wasn't welcoming or friendly.
  • Matcha roulade is to die for!
  • Desserts look pretty but taste leaves little to be desired.
  • Almond croissant is to die for
  • Best banana nut muffin with a bit of banana creme in the middle
  • Sophisticated, tasty pastries. Prices to match.
  • The macarons are amazing
  • You cant go wrong with any of the pastries. My favorites are the lemon tart, monkey bread, and macarons. Service is slow, be prepared for a wait.
  • Liquor chocolates
