Tips

  • Sour dough bread is warm and fresh and not charged!
  • Try to snag a table outside on the deck next to the waterfall. Very relaxing.
  • I've had a lot of Cobb Salads in my life ... But Albert's Cobb is one of the best!!
  • Albert's is named after one of our famous gorillas. Check out our $5 happy hour menu Monday through Friday and enjoy our outdoor patio - it's one of the nicest places to relax in the Zoo.
  • Try the Jambalaya!
  • The salmon - forgive me for taking a few bites first. :)
  • I agree with the roll recommendation. Had the artichokes and they were great!
  • Fries are beer battered and delicious. OMG they are like crack, couldn't stop eating them.
  • Food is good, but it can be unnecessarily loud in the dining room. Small changes would really help noise level. Great break from crush of the crowd.
  • Champagne brunch from 10-12 on Sundays!
  • Be warned... The fresh fish sandwich ain't so fresh
  • Try the southwestern pasta! Awesome
  • Roasted duck fart
  • Nice place to be able to sit down. Still loud and crazy though unless you can get a table on the patio. Full bar. Mediocre food.
  • Grab any drink to go!
  • Flatbread pepperoni pizza.
  • In and outdoor seating away from the crowds. Beautiful waterfall. Food flavor and variety quite good.
  • Yummy appetizers and beautiful patio with a waterfall view!
  • Definitely go during happy hour! The prices are a bit steep (what do you expect it's in the zoo after all) but the portions are very generous and overall pretty tasty! The complimentary bred is yum!
  • Sit outside less noise.
