Tips

  • This is my favorite bar on the planet. End of story.
  • A small place that gets a long line quickly, but the food is some of the best in the neighborhood: bison bolognese, truffle fries, among the favorites here. Good beer list, too.
  • The Abbey serves amazing food until 1:30am and they have both Guinness & Allagash White on draft - the top two food groups on the food pyramid. When you go say hi to Damian behind the bar.
  • The truffle fries are aaammmaaazingggg.
  • Eat the salad like a porn star
  • Two words: Bison Bolognese.
  • A new favorite
  • The truffle fries are amazing! Dean behind the bar is top notch, friendly, knowledgable and always welcoming.
  • Great vibes, great beer and great people.
  • their is nothing as good as the white wine sauce on these mussels. I want a mug of it, poured over everything I eat
  • Bison bolognese and the arancini are both excellent. The beer menu is shorter than the Publick House across the street but has all my favorites
  • Hoist one for me! Enjoy your Sunday night
  • The mussels and truffle fries are great!
  • When the hostess says 20 min, she means 40 min.
  • Smoked cod fritters. Complex and perfect.
  • A late-night kitchen, a respectable Scotch collection & a big wooden bar are the ingredients we need to keep out of the dives. Check it out.
  • Bison bolognese its awesome (slightly spicy) and they have good beer selections!
  • Good cheap drinks, food was average
  • Really chill atmosphere, great solid pub fare. The burger here is really solid.
  • Great for drinks and a bite to eat. A week day favorite of mine.
