Cheesy Savory Monkey Bread Recipe
2 rolls refrigerated biscuit dough
16 marinated mozzarella balls
½ stick salted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
⅓ cup cooked bacon, chopped
½ cup shredded mozzarella
⅓ cup Parmesan, grated
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
1 bunch parsley, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Slice each biscuit in half. Stuff a mozzarella ball into each half, and then roll it into a ball.
Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Roll each ball into the butter, and then in the desired topping — shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, everything bagel seasoning, or chopped parsley.
Place each dough ball into a well-greased bundt pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cover with foil, let sit for at least 10 minutes, then serve.
