It did not take long for ZUMA to become a city fave. With a menu serving up Japanese-inspired tapas, it's almost impossible to go wrong. Favorites include the black cod, tenderloin and rock shrimp.

The hardest reservation in Miami, but worth every favor for a table. The seared beef tataki (with fresh Perigord truffles) & the black cod & prawn dumplings are ridiculous.
