Why use whiskey when you can use rum? Try a summer twist on a classic drink using Zacapa rum; made with dry vermouth and sweet vermouth, you won't believe it's not the whiskey cocktail you're used to.
- 2 ounces Zacapa 23 Rum
- 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
- 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes bitters
- 1/4 ounce honey syrup
- orange twist, to garnish
Combine Zacapa 23 Rum, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, bitters, and honey syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange twist.
