YO! Sushi Scoops Up Service Award

Japanese food chain YO! Sushi has scooped up the award for best self-service/assisted-service concept for its Oslo airport restaurant from Global Airport Food & Beverage Conference and Awards.

YO! Sushi provides a quick option for diners craving Japanese eats on the go. The menu features more than 80 dishes, including sushi, sashimi, tempura, katsu, teriyaki, and dumplings that are served on a rotating conveyor belt. Savory plates color-coded by price include halibut ceviche sashimi, spicy pepper squid, and soft shell crab tempura.
