INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley

DIRECTIONS

Whisk all of the ingredients together and add to veggies. Let the vegetable marinate for at least 1 hour.
