Who Are The Next David Changs And Dan Barbers?

Last night, the International Culinary Center gave out their "Outstanding Alumni Awards" to five pros to watch. Previous winners include David Chang and Christina Tosi of the Momofuku empire, Dan Barber of Blue Hill Stone Barns, and Zak Pelaccio of Fatty Crab and Fatty 'Cue.

Here are the five winners, below. We expect great things from these up-and-comers.
