Ingredients
  • 2 ounce bourbon (cyrus noble)
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce allspice dram
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce cocci americano
  • 2 dashes booker's bitters
  • soda
Directions
  1. Muddle ginger. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shaker, shake, and strain. Top with soda and garnish with a Meyer lemon twist.
