What To Order Off Maialino's Late-Night Menu

If you didn't already know, you wouldn't think Maialino is a hotel restaurant. It sits on the ground floor of the Gramercy Park Hotel, across the street from Manhattan's Gramercy Park. Another creation from Danny Meyer, the restaurant, which opened in 2009, is modeled after a traditional Roman trattoria.

Because of its location inside a hotel, Maialino is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Executive chef Nick Anderer has curated a menu exclusively for the bar, with a handful of late-night specials served from 10:30 p.m. to midnight. For those looking to try Maialino on a budget, sit at the bar, and come late.

After dinner hours, you can get the burger, topped with black pepper pancetta, escarole, and gorgonzola on rosemary brioche, for just $15. Wash it down with a $5 beer or an $8 Negroni (or both). So next time you're out late in New York and craving something that's just a little classier than Taco Bell, head over to Maialino and treat yourself one of these items from the bar menu.
