A Weekend Full Of Festivals In San Francisco

San Francisco will host two food and drink events this weekend, The Huichica Music Festival and the Indie Mart.

The Huichica Music Festival brings together music, food and wine in none other than wine country. This year the event will take place at Gundlach Bunschu Winery on June 14-15. Restaurateurs and food purveyors include Bunk Sandwiches, Salumeria, Namu Gaji, Rancho Gordo, and more. Estate grown Sanoma wines from Gunlach Bunschu include 2010 Mountain Cuvee, 2011 Pinot Noir, 2012 Gewurztraminer, and 2010 Merlot.

The Indie Mart will take place on June 16 at Speakeasy Ales and Lagers. This will mark the seventh year and the creators are switching things up by hosting several smaller shows in addition to a larger show that will take place in August. The event on June 16 will be the first of the smaller shows and will focus on locally made beers.

Several taps will be set up throughout the Brewery, Taproom and special beer garden. There will also be several food pop-ups and trucks that at the event. Docs of the Bay, Voodoo Van and Kung Fu Tacos are among the confirmed food vendors. More than 60 artisan vendors will also be at the event.
