What’s intriguing? A lightly breaded frog-leg burger patty counts, as do two toppings I can’t remember seeing used previously: cottage cheese and mashed Japanese sweet potatoes. The smart addition of chives, radish and onion could save the cottage cheese from being an odd flavor. Paprika coulis from Døgnvill Bar & Burger in Oslo is a new to me, too, come to think of it. And there are pork and chicken burgers here, but we’re long past the time when burgers had to be beef. No, burger bars aren’t close to running out of ideas.
