  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2/3 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 3 ounces finely chopped pancetta
