Ways To Help The Hungry During The Holidays

With the holidays around the corner it is easy to get swept up in the hustle of prepping, shopping, and entertaining. In the spirit of giving and sharing this season, there are plenty of ways to help those less fortunate so that they too can enjoy a holiday meal.

Send a Card

Gift of Hope — When you make a donation and send an ecard through the World Food Programme, the benefits go to providing mothers in third world countries with food for their families.

Paperless PostCity Harvest's program enables you to send seasonal cards through Paperless Post at $0.23 each. A pound of food is donated to fight hunger in New York City with each card.

Shop Online

Shop Against Hunger — This is an online shopping network through the World Food Programme that donates cups of food to the hungry based on what you purchase for the holidays.
