War & Peas is a bacon-inspired cocktail from FIG in Santa Monica, Calif. It's not only delicious but so creative! Who would have thought of infusing vodka with peas? The flavors are big, bold, and certainly for the bacon lovers out there.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce sugar snap peas karlsson's vodka
- 3/4 ounce lime
- 1/2 ounce mint simple syrup
- proscuitto
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain mixture into a Coupe glass and serve with a crispy proscuitto garnish. To make pea vodka: Blend 1 bottle of voda with two cups of fresh peas. Let sit in a cooler overnight and strain through a chinois.
