VIDEO: A Sneak Peek at 'No Kitchen Required'

This isn't your average cooking show — BBC America’s new show No Kitchen Requiredis sending three chefs around the world in order to truly learn the ways in which people from other cultures forage, cook, and eat. And if that sounds too romantic, rest assured there is a competition aspect to it. Michael Psilakis, Madison Cowan, and Kayne Raymond will be competing against each other everywhere from Thailand to Belize to see who can gather the best ingredients and create the best locally inspired meal. Then, their dishes will be judged by a handful of people from the local community.

We met up with chef Madison Cowan to talk about his adventures on the show and learned what audiences can expect. The show premieres April 3 at 10 p.m. EST on BBC America.
