Is it a scorcher this weekend? Take a hint from New York City's Flatiron chefs and beat the heat with their favorite tool: drinks, of course. From mojitos and vodka lemonades to even a spicy mezcal, there are endless amount of drinks and cocktails to quench your thirst. The Daily Meal's Ali Rosen asked chefs for their hot-weather secrets.
