I'm a food writer and broadcaster in New Orleans. I began writing a restaurant review column in September, 1972; it has been in print weekly ever since. I am the publisher of the New Orleans Menu Daily (nomenu.com), live on line since 1997, and in print since 1977.
I'm also the host of a three-hour daily radio call-in show about food and drink. That one's a little newer: it's only been on 23 years. On 1350 AM 3-6 p.m. daily, and streaming
I'm the author of several cookbooks and other books, most recently Tom Fitzmorris's New Orleans Food and Hungry Town: A Culinary History of the City Where Food Is Almost Everything.
