About Me
My name is Mee Tracy McCormick. Five years ago I was deathly ill with chronic autoimmune disease. I weighed less than 90 pounds, and the doctors were wanting me to undergo a life-threatening test to confirm the cancer they were sure I had. I hunted everywhere I could to find a remedy. I found the answer in my kitchen. I believe others can find cures for what ails them in their kitchen too.
Now that I am healthier than I have been in my life, I am an Autoimmune Cooking Expert, TV cooking personality, a Food Makeover Consultant, a Community Food Advocate and an Author.
My newest book, “My Kitchen Cure: How I Cooked My Way Out of Chronic Autoimmune Disease and Prevented Cancer With Whole Foods and Healing Recipes” is the story of my recovery and a step-by-step how-to process for others who want and need the same kind of cure that I created for myself plus 180 pages of the most nutritious and delicious foods you have ever cooked or eaten in your life - fo' sure!
Taking charge of your health by taking charge of your food is some serious empowerment goin' down in your kitchen.
