Clark Frasier and Mark Gaier are chef-owners of the critically acclaimed Arrows Restaurant, Summer Winter Restaurant, and MC Perkins Cove, all located in New England. Chef Clark grew up in California and lived in Beijing, learning Chinese and expanding his knowledge of Chinese cuisine. Chef Mark hails from Ohio and met Chef Clark while working in San Francisco.
