About Me
Chris Henry graduated with a degree in journalism from San Diego State University and began a career as an advertising executive in one of the most prestigious advertising agencies in Orange County, Calif. She enjoyed a 15-year, hectic, and stressful career before trading it in to be a stay-at-home mom in 2000, when her daughter Sara was born.
Becoming more cognizant of what goes into the foods we eat today, Henry then realized that to keep her daughter healthy, she was going to have to change the way the entire family ate. Literally "hardly being able to boil water" when she married, Henry began to learn to cook healthy, satisfying meals that her daughter, husband, family, and friends were soon raving about.
In 2011, Henry founded Fresh! A Personal Chef Service in Newport Beach, Calif., and has provided custom, individually planned healthy meals to local families and those visiting the area for extended stays. She takes special orders in stride; be it vegan or gluten-free, and continues to build a raving customer base that utilizes her services again and again.
