About Me

Asia de Cuba at Mondrian South Beach (1100 West Avenue, Miami Beach) has a new, reimagined menu that continues in the same, signature style introduced by Jeffrey Chodorow at the sophisticated Morgans Hotel in New York in 1997. A ceviche/raw bar also debuts, rounding out the fresh food and drink lineup.
