this has been my number one drink for about 4 years now (: I love this drink so much!! I've also heard it be called a Guinness. But the Zebra mocha is defiantly my go to Starbucks drink!! Its also AMAZING cold, just sayin'.
This is by far my favorite drink at Starbucks. A friend of mine who was a barista introduced me to it back in 2001 and it has been my staple drink ever since. Definitely get it non-fat, otherwise it's just plain too rich. Sometimes I'll have them cut the choc syrups pumps in half too so it's not so sweet. Depending on the season, I'll sometimes add coconut or peppermint. So yummy!!
You can put any flavor before "Tuxedo Mocha" and they'll know what you mean. A caramel tux mocha or an almond tuxedo are fairly normal in Chicago. But they're heinously sweet!
Marble Mocha Macchiato is a twist on the signature caramel macchiato. White mocha on the bottom with no whip, shots on the top and mocha drizzle. -Barista ;-)
Wow. That sounds... surprisingly good actually. I've had a Black and White before, but I've never thought about adding anything to it. Now that I think about it, adding Caramel and/or Coconut sounds pretty good too. Wonder what they would call it?
Sometimes also called a "Penguin Mocha," a "Marble Mocha," or simply a "Black and White Mocha," this drink combines the white chocolate mocha with the regular mocha for those who can't pick a favorite. Or, if you really want to take it to the next level, ask to have raspberry flavoring added for something called the "Red Tux" Mocha.
