Three shots in coffee is called a JFK, due to the three shots to your head. I've worked in the coffee industry for 10ish years and this is known in Starbucks and regular shops throughout.
A Red Eye or Black Eye, sure — that's one and two extra shots of espresso in a regular drip, respectively. But those that go for green get a sure-to-jack-you-up three shots of espresso boost to their cup of coffee. (Note: apparently at some places it's called a Blue Eye.)

Outside of the starbucks world it's called a Black Eye.
Ive worked at starbucks for 4 years and I have never heard of a green eye, most of the other secret drink lingo is correct.
Here in Seattle, I've heard this thing called "A Shot in the Dark"

I'm a tenured employee of sbux. In Los Angeles, I have never (in 9 years) heard of a green eye. we call it a purple eye out here :)
