Boca Raton Resort & Club (Boca Raton, Fla.)

Waldorf Astoria's Boca Raton Resort & Club is a gorgeous Florida resort with a Mediterranean vibe, and their Valentine's Day offerings this year are the perfect way to spoil your sweetheart (and yourself!) For $70 per person, their Valentine's Dinner Dance starts at the resort's pool with an open bar and delicious hors d'oeuvres, then moves inside to the ballroom for a surf and turf dinner with wine and dancing before ending the night with a lover's dessert. Casa Monica Resort & Spa (St. Augustine, Fla.)

Take a trip to Florida's prettiest town, St. Augustine, and take advantage of Casa Monica Resort & Spa's Enchanted Evenings package, which includes 15 percent off the starting room rate at $505 a night. You'll get valet parking and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine at check-in as well as $100 in spa credit. A dinner for two awaits you at Costa Brava, a restaurant at the resort, as does plenty of romance.

Copamarina Beach Resort & Spa (Guánica, Puerto Rico)

If you're looking for a more historic, classy vibe, the Hanover Inn dates back to the American Revolution (though it underwent a $41 million restoration back in 2012) and is the perfect quiet type of romantic getaway. The Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club (Stevensville, Md.)
