: Tradition Refined

The food at Le Mandrac uses good ingredients from the local market and the fishing boats in the harbor. For lunch, we each had a bowl of broth with plenty of seafood and served with three kinds of warn bread from their own bakery. This was followed by fresh fish on a bed of seasonal vegetables, cooked in a parchment parcel with a glass of local wine. We finished with the house chocolate desert which was lovely and light.

Looking through their menu, the food is traditional but refined.
