Celebrate the New Year in style with the 2013 Moonlight New Years Eve Cruise. Setting sail at 9 pm from North Harbor Drive, guests can enjoy views of the San Diego Skyline, the Coronado Bridge, and the harbor while reveling in the beauty of the $15 million California Spirit luxury yacht. Enjoy two floors of deejayed music, dancing, and an open bar throughout the night. The cruise will also feature gourmet hors d'oeuvres and complimentary party favors until 2 am. For those opting to stay away from downtown, The Catamaran Resort and Spa offers five rooms of "top-tier entertainment," free shuttle access, themed photo booths, casino, deejays, and two night cruise times to choose from. So if you'd like to countdown on dry land or welcome in the New Year with your "sea legs" on Mission Bay, the choice is yours! Deejays include Drop The Lime from New York City and GRUM from Scotland. Guests can enjoy a "series of venues" inside the Andaz, moving from the sub-level Ivy Nightclub, to the main floor Ivy Wine Bar to the Ivy Rooftop, which offers a panoramic view of San Diego's cityscapes. Electronic music by Drop The Lime and GRUM will keep the party going, while entertainers such as R.O.B.O.T., Brady Spear, ScreenWerks featuring Steve1der, Este, Murphi Kennedy, Angle and Lipstik Inc. dancers will also keep energy high. Do this New Year's right. The W San Diego is celebrating the arrival of 2013 with a sense of class. The freshly renovated hotel has its party face ready to go, with a heated rooftop patio, upstairs bar and lounge, and grand room just aching for this ball to begin. Open bar, complete with top shelf premium offerings will begin at 9:30 and last until 1:30.
