Tiki Swizzle Cocktail
Swizzles, named after the sticks used to produce rum in the Caribbean, have been savored for more than 200 years and finally, Sailor Jerry’s Paul Monahan gave this classic a tiki makeover. His take is rich in spicy anise bitters, a dark red wine from Portugal that’s often paired with dessert and yes, more rum.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 parts rum (we used sailor jerry)
- 1/2 part port
- 1 part pineapple juice
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- 1/2 fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes anise bitters
- 2 dashes house bitters
- pineapple slice
Directions
- Combine ingredients, shake, and strain over crushed ice. Swizzle top with ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and an umbrella.
