Flowers are blooming. Workers are lingering over lunch. Clear, relaxing light is extending the afternoon and fending off evening. It's suddenly possible to enjoy outdoor meals with friends after work. Winter has been brutal in Gotham, but it's behind us. Given that we love being outdoors and love burgers, I compiled a list of interesting, pleasant, and top-notch burgers to be eaten al fresco this spring. What’s better than a juicy, succulent burger on a 70-degree-plus day with friends? Not much! Here are my picks for getting your outdoor spring burger fix.
