Ten Minute Tortilla Pizzas

We've made pizza on practically every crust substitute possible– bagels, English muffins, pita and flat bread. But tortillas are another great alternative. They're cheap, easy to find and sold in bulk, so you'll have plenty to go around. It's a great idea for a party, a night in with friends, or just a simple dinner if you're too tired to really cook.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes

Servings: 1-4

Ingredients: 
2 cans of tomato sauce
1 bag of mozzarella cheese (grated)
Tortillas
1 green pepper*
3 mushrooms *
Basil*
*Other toppings, such as pineapple, pepperoni, or sausage may be substituted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Dice peppers, mushrooms and other toppings.

3. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and spread the sauce and cheese.

4. Cook for 10 minutes, then check to make sure cheese has melted and edges are browned.
