INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 grams butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Creme fraiche
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 50 grams cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 10 apricots

DIRECTIONS

Mix the flour, sugar, the egg and the butter and put it in a baking-Tarte mould.
Then stir the egg, the cream, creme fraiche and put it on the dough. Then put ten half apricots on the cream. Some brown sugar over it and put in in the oven for 15 minutes - 180°.
