  • Besides the omakase, try the uni flight from diff regions of the world and the tuna tartar where the special soy sauce is already mixed in the tuna scramble and pairs perfectly with fried seaweed.
  • Great omakase for the value. 85$ for 15 pieces and a hand roll. Chef Hideo made my fantasy a reality when he married scallop and uni in one piece . A taste of heaven!
