Subway Beat Out Five Guys, Wendy's, And Dairy Queen In Study

Looks like Americans still really love their Subway sandwiches: According to the annual Harris Poll EquiTrend study, Subway was ranked the highest in the "quick-service" category for the eighth year in a row.

Why? "Consumers are graduating from saying they're interested in better nutrition choices in restaurants to actually changing their purchase behavior," a Harris Interactive representative said in a press release. The poll surveyed 38,500 consumers.

Still, Dairy Queen came in second, followed by Wendy's, Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, and finally, Burger King.

As for pizza, apparently Papa John's beat out Pizza Hut and Domino's, while Einstein Bagels pushed out Dunkin' Donuts for coffee and quick food.
