Starbucks Announces A Delivery System That Is Going To Change Your Life
"Imagine the ability to create a standing order of Starbucks delivered hot to your desk daily," Schultz said about the delivery system's potential. "That's our version of e-commerce on steroids."
I'm curious to see how this delivery system plays out and I'm left with a few questions. Will this be a Jimmy Johns type of operation where my drink is delivered incredibly fast so it stays hot? If my coffee isn't there in 30 minutes or less can I have it for free? What will become of interns everywhere whose job is to fetch coffee?
In the mean time, let's raise our holiday drink cups in celebration for Starbucks allowing us to be lazier than ever.
