The counter service on weekdays features a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts. Waiters and waitresses are incessantly hustling and bustling in their "Spoon-fed" t-shirts, taking orders non-stop and carrying trays of sandwiches and entrees from the kitchen to replenish the counter. The constant customer flow makes the place even livelier.

Tbsp's weekend brunch never fails to impress. Although there is usually a line, the delicious food justifies the wait. Out of all of the dishes, the Baked Eggs in a Skillet is the most popular. The rather strong flavored pork sausages balance well with the shiitake mushroom, spinach and savory potato hash at the bottom of the skillet. This dish is best ordered with the eggs sunny side up, as the runny yolk goes well with the spicy sausage and melted cheese. Every bite is filled with a bundle of flavors.
