Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon tabasco
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Combine the vinegar, dry mustard, garlic, and Tabasco in a medium bowl.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve over salad or coleslaw.
