  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup baby greens (kale, chard, etc.)
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 inches fresh ginger
  • ½ cup ice
Directions
  1. Blend in high-powered blender until smooth.
